ABOUT THE SERIES
Duncan Mcmath and Zoomsport International, who I worked with on Take The Ball Pass The Ball, the Barca FC documentary, spotted a great story when they learned that Ronaldo, the brazilian football icon, was going to buy a controlling stake in Spains Valladolid Football Club and become the President. They secured access to follow him and the club for the first two seasons, as they battle to stay afloat in the league that includes Barcelona, Madrid and other heavyweight clubs with massive budgets that dwarf them. Ronaldo can only watch from the sidelines.

ABOUT THE MUSIC
The music is a blend of classical and electronic elements, setting up tense, nail biting game sequences and david and goliath matches or boardroom dramas. So the themes included "Against the Odds" "Fight To The End" and more. The more hopeful main theme, that I call "Ronaldo's Vision", is threaded throughout the series whenever we are showing his vision and hopes for the club.

I also edited all the pre-existing music that was sourced by Toby and his team at 32 music, London, including classical opera tracks or brazilian grooves and loads of fun-loving tracks for lighter moments like when Ronaldo takes the whole team on holiday to Ibiza.
