It is a pristine work ... There have always been classes in the art world and Jaime Garcia has shown for years that he is much more than a mere illustrator. ..
They are spectacular illustrations ... Without words. Pendragon is my favorite RPG, so thank you very much for this great job. What did Mr. Greg Stafford tell you? I suppose he is speechless, like me.
Hehehehe, indeed he has remained speechless because so far I have not received a comment.
But if from people like you who have liked my work and have congratulated me for it. Thank you, Iván Karamazov, so it is always a satisfaction to receive these inspiring words that impel me to continue forward and give better quality to those who enjoy my work.
a cordial greeting
You will have loved it, I'm sure. I myself wrote to him a long time ago and he replied; He is quite an "affordable" man. I asked because from my point of view Pendragon is more than just a typical "geek" role-playing game; and if it did not have an excessive reputation in Spain, it is because the literary (and Arthurian) culture that permeates the Anglo-Saxon world does not exist here. Pendragon is, in a nutshell, a literary gem, and we crazy about medieval literature find it comforting to see that an artist of your amazing talent has been chosen for the task. So cheer up and get on with that great work. For me, you already have a place in that select group of Pre-Raphaelites and Modernists who once illustrated the scenes described by Thomas Malory, Chrétien de Troyes and that long and anonymous etcetera.
Wow, Ivan, thanks again for your words. You perplex me. Thanks a lot! They have even made me want to publish your comment. It makes me feel good.
I will always keep it in mind.
James! I recently discovered Pendragon and am under a fairy spell because of your images! Or should I say ... Delighted !? I loved each of your works as I passed each chapter! The attention to detail in the stained glass windows inspired me and now I am guiding several students of mine and colleagues responsibly as a Game Master through the fascinating world of Matter of Britain thanks to the passion of people like Mr. Stafford (RIP) and you have put in the play! I have even encouraged myself to compose a fairy bestiary on a Wikia (I'm working on the data for now).
I know that you must be full with projects, but if you dare to do some other stained glass work that contains these beings or even the knights, Saxons or other characters to give life to this project it would be fabulous to maintain uniformity in it. to art. I imagine it as "The Sanctuary of Avalon", a 5th century church with pagan influence that documents each of these fables, keeps them alive and where Arthur's physical remains rest.
