PlusVery bad. The woman has no idea what a fresh herb is and presents you with wilted herbs and vegetables as if they were fresh. Her plating only works if the dish is not meant to be eaten. And it is quite ridiculous that she puts her Instagram where she has 14 followers, it definitely does not give her credibility.
The course is also very boring. Thank goodness I only paid 99 cents!

Plusit was very nice to learn some key techniques on how to style your food. I think it was not really instructive on the "how to take pictures" but it was still nice to listen to her advice.

I bought this course thinking it would talk more about the art of plating food beautifully so it looks good to eat, not just to photograph. However, I think that was my mistake not understanding the concept of what was being offered. It is a good course though if you are looking to learn how to style food for photograpy and Instagram etc,
