“In this lesson I'm going to talk to you a little bit about hand posture and the correct way of holding your hands to do finger drumming. Before you start any finger drumming I'd always recommend warming up. So we just want to make sure our bodies and our hands are feeling warm. To do that you could do something as simple as going for a walk, doing some jumping jacks, whatever you need to do to get the blood pumping. Once you've done that you just want to make sure your body's nice and loose so we give everything a bit of a shake, make sure your arms are nice and loose and your hands are flo...”
