No previous knowledge is required for this course since it starts with the basics. In terms of materials, you need a calligraphy pen holder, flat pens of any size, a ruler, a pencil, a protractor, lots of paper, and India ink. You also need a computer with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Originally from Argentina, Joaquín Seguí is a graphic designer specialized in calligraphy. He began working with calligraphy more than a decade ago and hasn't stopped developing and studying letters since. He uses calligraphy applied mainly to graphic design, editorial design, and advertising and divides his time between calligraphy and abstract art-oriented projects: two things he always felt were closely related
Joaquín has worked with clients such as Nike, Johnnie Walker, Hyatt, Dior, and Tiffany & Co., among others. He is also a teacher and has taught calligraphy at the university level and through various workshops.

I like this course a lot! I'm happy I got it. The explanations are clear and I love the resources. I recently started a non-dominant writing/drawing challenge and the challenge creator started using the uncial script! I got curious about this script and I've since started using it for the challenge.
