Remember that when an object goes further "towards the background" it usually changes color and "merges" more with the color of the background itself. Play with more hues by making objects in different planes, even if these objects are the same. For example, your plants (which I think you call the queen's seat here in the Peruvian jungle) work very well as perspective (depending on their sizes) and would work even better with a little tonal difference between them.
I think that would be my most important observation, that you play with the tones as they move away, so that it gives us more dynamism.
I think you are already achieving it with the lines that you propose according to the proximity or distance of the object, and it only remains to explore it with the color part.
