Hey Roberto, I actually not learn ZBrush form Domestika, but Domestika has some nice courses on this subject. Maybe you could take a look at that, or try some course somewhere else. There are so many courses around.
But for the area of digital sculpting, I think the most important part is not only the software. The software is pretty easy to learn actually, it only needs some painful time to get the muscle memories. The most difficult part is how to achieve likeness, which requires loads of study on human and sculpting subjects.
