I love that you took pictures of your progress throughout each stage of your underpainting & color tiling. I can clearly see where you took steps back and adjusted the value of the trees in the background earlier on in the color blocking stages. This allowed you to move forward with an even stronger foundation for details.
SPEAKING OF DETAILS… are you kidding? The ripples in the water look so realistic! You also did an incredible job finding that balance between expressing textures in the tree foliage while still holding onto those larger shapes within the value structure. I’m obsessed!
